      Release of Liability Agreement

      Between: Lora Turaeva, Naturopathe (hereafter referred to as "Practitioner") And: Client (hereafter referred to as "Client")

      This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Client engages in naturopathic consultations and wellness support provided by the Practitioner.

      1. Purpose of Services

      The services provided by the Practitioner are intended to support the Client's general health and well-being. These services may include educational guidance on lifestyle, nutrition, natural health products, and wellness practices.

      The Practitioner does not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or medical condition.

      All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician or healthcare provider.

      2. Client Responsibility

      • The Client understands that it is their responsibility to consult with a qualified medical professional regarding any medical condition or health concern.
      • The Client affirms that they are voluntarily choosing to participate in naturopathic consultations and accept full responsibility for their own health and wellness decisions.

      3. Informed Consent

      • They have been informed that the Practitioner is a naturopath and not a licensed medical doctor
      • The services offered are complementary in nature and not a replacement for conventional medical care.
      • The Client is free to discontinue participation at any time and is encouraged to seek medical attention when necessary.

      4. Confidentiality

      The Practitioner will maintain strict confidentiality of all personal and health-related information shared by the Client, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

      5. Waiver and Release of Liability`

      The Client hereby waives, releases, and discharges the Practitioner from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in naturopathic services. The Client agrees not to hold the Practitioner liable for any outcomes related to their participation.

      6. No Guarantees

      The Practitioner makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of any consultation or recommendation. Each individual responds differently to wellness approaches, and results may vary.
